14th Annual Bangkok International Softball League
International Tournament
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, December 1, 2 and 3
The 14th Annual Bangkok International Softball Tournament will take place at the Queen Sirikit 60th Anniversary Stadium in Thanyaburi. These fields will provide an excellent venue for an exciting and competitive tournament.
Twenty four teams will participate including teams coming from Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, Kuwait, Qatar, Philippines, Korea, Singapore, China and California. The tournament itself will include 2 trophy brackets; the Grand Championship and the Governor's Cup. It is based on a triple elimination format, which will give everyone plenty of opportunity to go home with a trophy.
There is no cost to attend the games. Food and beverages will be available for a reasonable cost.

Looks like Sunday Nov 5th is all set.
5 teams will compete, one-pitch format, 40 minute time limit-5 minutes break between games.
Game 1) Stamtec vs Rbsc 9:00 AM
Game 2) Tilac vs Embassy 9:45 AM
Game 3) 2 losers face each other at 10:30
Game 4) Studex vs Winner of 9 game 2 at 11:15
Game 5) Winner of Game 3 vs Loser of Game 4 at 12:30
Game 6) Winner of Game 1 vs Winner of Game 4 at 1:15
Game 7) Winner of Game 5 vs Loser of Game 6 at 2:00 PM
and the rest I cannot understand as we they say we have to give the field up at 3:00

We have three Sundays at RBSC for teams & any players who want to play. The dates are Nov 5, Nov 12, and Nov 19 . At the moment we have no set format since we are still trying to determine who & how many teams/players will be there. Everyone is welcome.

More details coming re times, format, food etc.. ASAP

The BISL Board has met and decided that there will be No Mini-Season This Year There will be, however, 3 Sundays in November when anyone can come out and play at RBSC-dates still to be determined.
