Congratulations to RBSC for winning the 2008 Bangkok Taiwanese Softball Tournament!
RBSC finished with a 5-0 record against a field of 9 teams. The participating teams include Kaset University, Pattaya Sport Club, Thai-Japanese Business Association, the Dragons and Jaguars of the Thailand Softball League, Home Run Bar & Grill, ASAT, RBSC and Tainan City.
RBSC beat Tainan City in an intense and controversial championship game. Dave Remi picked up the win for RBSC. Rob Gould and Eric Harrison both made outstanding game-saving catches at the fence to keep RBSC in the game. RBSC's leadoff hitter and slick-fielding shortstop, Pipat "Kong" Hong-Srisuw, delivered a clutch game-winning home run late in the game to seal the victory for a deserving RBSC!
