A quorum of BISL management gathered at Bella Pizza on Soi 31 on Friday May 31st, 2008 to elect an new commissioner and vice commissioner for 2009 Season. These are the minutes:

1) Ron Moss nominated Vince Paquette for commissioner, Ed Sadowski seconded the nomination and the nomination was put to a vote. Five votes to none confirmed the election of Vince as the new commissioner.

2) Richard Bernhard nominated Ryan for vice-commissioner. Ron Moss second the nomination and Ryan was elected 5-0 as vice commissioner.

3) Eric Premo was nominated as webmaster. It was made official through consensus. Eric will take responsibility for the website in 2009.

4) It was confirmed we have four teams for the 2009 season plus the Varsity. Faculty and Roadhouse are two teams in transition, their participation I seems could go either way. A proposal was made to merge the BISL with the Taiwanese league, and the new management will look into this option.
